To ensure that the process can be maintained once we leave the project, we train the operator(s) on the various nuances of the new process. We work with the operator(s) as much as possible throughout the project to get them involved in every aspect they will have to operate. If Tech4’s turnkey solution is chosen, we involve them at the very beginning stages in design, noting their input and incorporating it into the process wherever necessary. At the startup, we train them how to operate the new controls on the equipment and how to work the process and troubleshoot any potential problems should they arise.
